Music Placement: Monsterland Episode 101 on Hulu

Avid Group Publishing/BMI (John Mathis Jr), which manages numerous Country Johnny Mathis’ copyrights and master recordings, have received news of another placement of a Country Johnny Mathis song and recording in a TV series.

The Monsterland series, which has landed on Hulu for its next season, has licensed the song “All I Need Is You” for a diner scene in the series (episode 101). Airtime to be announced at a later date.

This news follows a recent placement in the CBS TV series, ‘Young Sheldon’, that aired in December, licensing the Country Johnny Mathis song, “My Heart Is On The Paper”.

These songs are available for Country Music fans on all digital streaming platforms.

New Album Release with Newly Discovered Recordings by Country Johnny Mathis

A new round of music was released to all digital outlets on April 2, 2020 by Avid and will be available to all digital outlets in the coming weeks. In that round of 8 songs are two that are new discoveries and never heard by Country Johnny Mathis fans: “Everything But Love And A Future” and “I’ll Hurt A Lifetime”. The new collection of recordings is titled, ‘American Dream’.

In addition to the release of the new music, Tunecore’s creative services department will also be managing the recordings for placement in film and television. Recent placements include the CBS TV show, ‘Young Sheldon’.
